This sword was made about circa 1981.  it is in very clean condition. Therefore, this sword is in the category of new swords. During that time, there have been no wars and it has never been used. The sword is in very good condition. The handle is not loose and fits comfortably in the hand.The scabbard has a few small dents, but there are no problems with its function as a scabbard to hold the sword.The tsuba is also beautifully engraved with a dragon.The sword is in good condition and should be purchased by someone who understands value.Overall, the sword is in good condition.
